At Cross-cultural volunteer and tourism Ghana we provide the holistic services of volunteers, students, interns and tourists traveling to Ghana to engage in volunteer activities, internship and tourism that support local communities, while also experiencing and respecting our cultural practices. This promotes mutual understanding, cultural exchange, and sustainable development by encouraging volunteers, students, interns and tourists to learn from and collaborate with local residents. This aims to create positive social impact while fostering intercultural awareness and personal growth for volunteers, students, interns and tourists as well.
Cross-cultural volunteerism and tourism involve engaging in activities that promote cultural understanding, exchange, and development across different communities. Volunteers participate in projects such as education, healthcare, environmental conservation, and community building. This experience fosters intercultural awareness, empathy, and global solidarity. Meanwhile, cultural tourism allows travellers to explore and appreciate diverse traditions, customs, and heritage, promoting mutual respect and economic development for local communities. Both practices contribute to fostering global interconnectedness and sustainable development through meaningful intercultural interactions.

Our mission is to provide a platform for showcasing Ghana’s rich culture through our foods, festivals, clothing, music, hospitalities and so on at the same time marketing the various tourism and ecotourism potentials of Ghana such as the waterfalls, game reserves, forest reserves, beaches ,slave castles whiles helping the less privileged in the various communities in terms of health, education, sports, social amenities, social welfare etc

JOY KOFI KOKA-ABIMA
(HEAD OF LEGAL INITIATIVES)
A distinguished legal, finance and management professional with extensive leadership experience in the finance and banking industry coupled with a solid foundation in legal practice.
Joy Kofi KOKA-ABIMA holds a BSc. in Agribusiness and Post Harvest Technology from the University of Ghana, an LLB first class division from Wisconsin University College and a Barrister at Law from the Ghana School of Law. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Kwame Nkrumah University of Technology and a student of ProjectManagement
He has a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while driving strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance. Leadership style emphasizes ethical standards, effective risk management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and legal requirements.

Gershon Keti is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant, Economist, and Forensic Auditor with over nineteen (19) years of professional experience across the public and private sectors in Ghana. He brings a rare blend of expertise in accounting, law, taxation, and financial governance, making him a trusted advisor to organizations seeking strong financial leadership, compliance, and strategic direction.
He is the Managing Director of GERJOY Financial Konsults, an accounting, tax, and audit firm providing tailored financial solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through this role, he has successfully supported numerous businesses in strengthening financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving operational performance. In addition, Gershon serves as the Head of Finance at St. Andrew Catholic Hospital, Kordiabe, where he has spent over eighteen (18) years leading financial management functions within the healthcare sector.
His work has focused on enhancing financial controls, improving budgeting processes, and promoting accountability in resource utilization.
